SH2-68 (Sharpless 68 )

This planetary nebula is a great object for the larger telescopes because of the great structure that picks up. Using the h-alpha channel a great color images can be created. The reflection needs to be preserved by creating a composite. The oxygen III and sulfur II also pick up very well so a nice narrowband color images can be created. To capture the fainter area around the brighter area longer exposure times are needed
