SH2-261 (Sharpless 261 )

This turned out to a very interesting object because it has great structure and is fairly bright. A larger telescope and bigger camera can pick up quite a pick of fine structure. The nebula responds very well to the narrowband filters including the oxygen III and sulfur II filters. Plan to shoot a lot of color RGB or use some of the H-Alpha channel in the red and blue exposures to help colorize the object and get a great HA-RGB image.
